The app is great!!!

I bought this up when was out the first iPad for 25€ more less.. Now the keyboard is completely fu*** ( I cant use it) on my brand new iPhone 6 plus and the system advised me that is not available the app when I tried to updated.. I want my money back!

Great app. Not cheap to start with and nowadays doesnt do much more than the free competitor team viewer. I use it mainly from iPhone and iPad therefore Im not that bothered from the limits on the mac. But please, sort out the full stop issue. While remotely controlling my PC I cannot use the full stop character unless I switch the PC keyboard from IT to EN(glish). Not big deal, unless from the PC Im accessing a Terminal Server connection. In that case I cannot use the full stop at all, having serious trouble loggin in.

The app is great. Very expensive as well. And since I spent over 100 euros for it I would expect the App to be updated once a while. Not fair indeed. Ignition customers believed in the app before anyone else. Now you ask them to pay for a subscription even if you told them they woulda get updates for life! Bad bad bad. Wont fit iPhone 6 and 6 plus! And yes Teamviewer is free.

I have started to use this software many years ago and it was ok! Cost was also reasonable at a fair 39.- Euro base! I didnt use this software in recent time as it became a bit outdated... and I forgot it to be honest! I have been debited 89.- Euro last year and this year without any prior advice or info 149.- Euro! I tried to disable automatic renewal, but no way to find a button or any way to disable! I also tried to cancel my credit card data, but unable to do also this! So I am trapped an must pay as long as I live? The worst part is that I had changed my credit card last years and they could anyhow somehow debit me anyway! Very unfair and unprofessional handling and practically no customer care I can see reacting to several emails I sent! If you do not want to be trapped, avoid this company!!! Smells to much MONEY DRIVEN and customer is just a cow where to get the milk! very very upset! However Software works fine!

Very useful for remote access

Ive been using LogMeIn for a long time and it gave me for years a free way to access my office computer and help my dad who lives in another state with his computer. But now it cost money and I limit my computers to two at a time and pay the $99. I dont remember if the app cost but that really doesnt matter. I love most features, a but now that I have an iPad Pro with a stylus, I wish I could use the stylus in the manner it works everywhere else with tapping, double tapping, dragging to select, etc. But thats not supported so I frequently have to go back to using my finger. Putting a virtual mouse on the screen is a bit annoying. Switching between right and left click is annoying. There needs to be a gesture that doesnt require switching over, especially when using my stylus. Still and all this is a very reliable app that I have to give 4 starts for usability.

Remains one of the best apps with each update! Truly an invaluable!

Paid $30 for the app then they take away free accounts and make the app free. SCAM! I want my $30 back! Teamviewer is free!

My 94 year old mother uses Skype daily. She is sight impaired and cant see the screen well enough to select all the correct buttons. I maintain her accounts remotely via logmein and without this excellent tool, she would lose her computer access. It is an excellent tool that I find indispensable.

I dont know what I would do without it

Absolutely the best app for business or personal. I use it to connect to my work laptop so all I need to take to meetings is my iPad. Save on short travel days so I dont have to bring my laptop everywhere I go.

This app allows me to access, modify, and work with all the information on my home office computer from my iPad and iPhone no matter where I go. Ive been a LogMeIn user for many years, and Id be lost without it.

This Log me in app is very reliable and helps me do even more when I need to without being at the office.

This Ipad app is indespinsible. I have total control over office server and desktops. Allows easy back up from anywhere in the world. Send e-mails remotely or operate systems remotely. Well done! The IPhone app is a lot harder to manage mouse but still useful in an emergency.

I paid too much for this.

This company (LogMeIn) charged over $30 for this app originally. Now theyve changed directions and have limited the usage of using the app; furthermore, if you want to continue using the app as before theyre making you pay $149 a year. Jerks. Luckily this market is saturated with others.

This a tool that is very useful at work & home for IT work!!

This company charged $30 for the App. Now they are stopping support and pushing customers to buy an expensive subscription plan.
