This app makes possible to provide "family" support remotely and control my devices as well. I do recommend it to anyone that wants an effective tool to control and gain access to remote computers.

Recent update ...Looses login credentials when you log out... Should save it like before so you dont have to type it in all the time.

I paid full price for the app and now theyve changed it so you can only access 10 pcs unless you pay and additional $300 per year! Screw that. What a ripoff!

Way to take care of the people who paid for this app.

Paid the excessive full price for this product. Very disappointed - it causes one of my XP computers to lock up, requiring a re-boot. Diagnostics are non-existent. A real rip-off. BUYER BEWARE. Much better success with the cheap alternative, SPLASHTOP 2

Just started using this on iPad after using on phone and desktop for several years. It will turn you iPad into a powerful laptop. Just keeps getting better!

The app retains its core functionality - "pro" level Logmein access to linked PCs from a universal iOs app. On that it delivers. The platform is not perfect however, with competitor SplashTop delivering a much smoother video and audio streaming experience. That said, some version of Logmein access will remain the first choice of those wanting to get work done remotely. With respect to a recent user review of this update, I can confirm that the app will retain your login credentials if set to do so. The reviewed must have had the option off. Another review complained of a 10-PC limit introduced in this version. While I object strenuously to features being removed from paid apps in what amount to mandatory updates (see ie. Plague Inc.) I wonder if this is an issue that will really impact many.

I use this product quite often, it helps me support a few user easily. However I feel that the price of the app is expansive for what it does.

This app allows me to perform essential business transactions when Im out of the country. I could not manage without it. Perfection!

This is a great tool that makes it easy managing hundreds of computers. The ease of adding more computers is also such a bonus.

I have been using this app for a couple years now, and love it! I have been able to use my iPad like a laptop and log in to my work computer and it works just fine. For the price I pay its definitely worth it.

Good app, rather than lugging my laptop I take my Ipad and use logmein
