Once you adhere to the service you cannot get out!

I have started to use this software many years ago and it was ok! Cost was also reasonable at a fair 39.- Euro base! I didnt use this software in recent time as it became a bit outdated... and I forgot it to be honest! I have been debited 89.- Euro last year and this year without any prior advice or info 149.- Euro! I tried to disable automatic renewal, but no way to find a button or any way to disable! I also tried to cancel my credit card data, but unable to do also this! So I am trapped an must pay as long as I live? The worst part is that I had changed my credit card last years and they could anyhow somehow debit me anyway! Very unfair and unprofessional handling and practically no customer care I can see reacting to several emails I sent! If you do not want to be trapped, avoid this company!!! Smells to much MONEY DRIVEN and customer is just a cow where to get the milk! very very upset! However Software works fine!
