LogMeIn finally got around to updating this app. It now uses the iPhone 6s native resolution. They also removed the outdated cloud storage options. Overall, the functionality of the app is as good as it ever was. The higher resolution of the app means that it looks better than ever.

This app just went from being a favorite app to practically useless with the removal of half its features.

Bad news here. I bought the app for $30 under the guise that there were no more fees. I used it just a couple times a month and then they switched to a pay to use model instead. I grudgingly paid $100 or so for a year because I was stuck in a remote place and needed to access my files. Didnt think much about it until a year later they charged my card $249!!!!!! Ridiculous! I researched more and found TeamViewer that does a better job for free. I then cancelled my account and asked for a refund and they say they have a NO REFUND policy. SCAM!

This is a great app. It is stable. I access my computer, the programs on my computer. Gives me a lot of flexibility at work.

Update- Changing to 5 stars since they have added a way to add more machines for us that paid a lot for this original app. Ive never had an issue with the performance or quality of this service. Thanks Logmein for totally screwing all the people who payed a chunk of money for your product. App works fine for now but can no longer get a download to install on Windows machines. What a bunch of losers.

I was very happy with ignition up until this particular update. Now, I cannot login to any one of my linked PCs!!!

I use it for both business and personal use. I can access my office schedule at night or over a weekend to tell an emergency patient when to come in. My patients love the that! I also use it to access my fathers computer and my father-in-laws computer to give tech support when necessary.

Logmein and Ignition are indispensable to my daily work. I can read and research away from my PC, but still be able to take care of little PC based jobs, tasks and retrieve file. I upgraded my iPad to iOS 7 and everything is working flawless.

I bought this for less than $5 years ago, and no I pay more than $100 per year to use it. I am not shocked it now costs more, nor do I expect to have such functionality for free. It works and it takes money to make sure it keeps working. This company actually has real customer service too (if you need it)- also not free.

It works great, I have no problems with it!
