I use this all the time

My 94 year old mother uses Skype daily. She is sight impaired and cant see the screen well enough to select all the correct buttons. I maintain her accounts remotely via logmein and without this excellent tool, she would lose her computer access.
It is an excellent tool that I find indispensable.
