I have been using this APP for several years. It provides great access and functionality when I am out of the office.

I have been using Log-me-in for years. I love Ignition app because I can work on my mothers computer. My mom is now 88 and I can logon to her computer and show her things on Pintrest, order items online for her all while sitting at my home a couple of thousand miles away from her. She likes that she can ask me to look up something online and show her on her computer. It works great on my iPad. Thanks for a great app.

I would say the value is gone for this app with the latest changes. When I paid $30 for this app, I thought it was worth it because I could use it with everything. Not really cool to change the rules after purchase. Now with the limits in place on how many computers can use it, its really not a good deal and there are better pay options available.

Best app Ive ever purchased. It puts your entire digital life - office computers and home computers - at your fingertips where ever you may be. No need to carry thumb drives, etc., as access to the main computer is only a click away!

Whenever I happen to have an idea for a simulation model Im working on I can log in to my main computer from my iPad and try it out right away without waiting - sometimes Im just watching TV when I get an idea - LogMeIn Ignition is a great app.

Lets me work from anywhere. I can run my desktop at work almost like I am there. Had to learn a couple tricks, but well worth learning this app. Love the freedom and the speed working from my Ipad.

I purchased this app a couple years back, at $30 which was and still is one of the most expensive apps in the Apple Store, with the understanding that this is a one time charge and forever I would be able to access my windows desktop. I have not used the app for a while and just found out that I will lose my ability to access my desktop unless I subscribe to $99/year service! This is plainly robbery and shame on the creators. Please I demand refund!

Takes forever to accomplish anything...then when youre close.... Crash!!!!

I have been using this for several years accessing several computers from anywhere I am. Very few times have I thought "I cant get this done from here". I cant think what I would change to make it better.

I purchased this app several years ago and its the most expensive app Ive ever purchased. I had no clue that I would eventually have to pay more money to continue using it. If anything, those of us who purchased it years ago should be grandfathered in and show have access no matter what. Anyone who decides to purchase after they have been informed that it takes a yearly subscription will just have to do such. I think its bad business to treat us loyal customers this way and charge us. Considering none of us where informed that we would eventually have to pay, this is wrong! If you are going to charge us, you should refund us all. Give me back my $30 and I wont have a complaint or dont charge us existing customers. Thats the right thing to do.

Pricey but continuously allows me to do timely work without lugging the office laptop everywhere I go. I originally got this several years ago when I traveled 30% of the time - loved the fact that I could travel without the laptop. I like it now because I am doing much of my work remotely - again, dont have to lug the laptop.

Logmein used to be one of those companies that youd have only good things to say about but this is no longer the case. Someone in the company decided its better to cash in and make every single loyal user angry by charging them unreasonable fees to continue using something theyve either already paid for (as in the Ignition app) or used for free with limitations or what I did which was a combination of their paid and free services. Now theyve totally removed the free services and Im paying $350/yr from MY pocket to remotely access 5 PCs. Its absolutely highway robbery!! For that price I should get 50 PCs. THEN itd be a good value. I cannot wait until a good competitor emerges and wipes this greedy company off the planet. Theyd deserve it. ALL of their services are WAY overpriced!! Im willing to bet that the positive reviews are coming from either Logmein employees, a hired PR firm or people who use the service but their company pays the bill. People like me that pay astronomical fees out of our own pockets for something weve already paid for many times over are NOT happy. When I voiced my concerns regarding the ridiculous pricing with their customer service they tried selling me this spiel that the costs are justified by their active development and R&D. Ha! The service has barely changed in years outside of additional overpriced poorly performing services like Cubby and all that "active development" leaves an app thats buggy with an automated login that works 50% of the time (most of the time I have to enter my passwords to login to the desktop manually) and then I cant even use my Google Drive account because, according to Google, they block certain applications that dont utilize current security standards. Sure I can set my Google account to allow weaker application authentication but who wants to do that? Oh this must be all that "active development and R&D" that Im paying ridiculous amounts of money for right? $350 annually for 5 PCs?!

Horrible, this is the most expensive app that I have purchased and its not completely useless. Money trap!!!!! If a machine on your list crashes and needs to be rebuilt you have to sign up for a yearly subscription in order to added back to your list. Switching to something else.

I paid my $30 and now they want $150 more? Annually at that! its not going to happen. Give my money back and go **** yourselves.

This is a cheat. This is the most expensive app Ive ever purchased and now theres annual fee on top of that? No kidding.

Have used LMI for many years with great success. Unfortunately they have changed something recently and for the last 6 months my host PC crashes completely with some degree of consistency. This leaves me completely stranded. I will be pursuing another option.

Bought this yesterday. Have spent lots of time on hold with tech service and it still has not worked. Not impressed but still trying.

Thanks Apple. I do wish Logmein updated their apps more often you guys tend to be very slow at making improvements/releasing updates. Anyway Im happy I can use the app gain as of the latest iOS 9.3 beta released today.

The best app, hands-down! They keep-up with Apple updates, and there are no monthly fees. Just use their free service at logmein.com. No VPN connection required.

I paid a decent amount for this app on sale and used it now and then to help our grandparents with their computers. Then they changed it all and my app was useless. I will never use or pay for anything from this company again! If anyone ever brings them up I will make sure to let them know they want nothing to do with this company
