Saddening Business Practices
I paid for LogMeIn back in December 2009. Back then it was expensive at $30, but it was on sale for $20 so I bought it then. The service was great but recently I have been cut off because I refuse to pay for it a second time. This wasnt part of the original contract and it is saddening that an old customer is simply being booted out. LogMeIn will not see another dollar from me, nor from anyone else I know who would consider purchasing it. Any business owner knows the value in keeping a returning customer, its a basic rule. You cant force a customer to return. Goodbye.
